M5A97 LE R2.0 + FX 8320E OC info?

Is this board capable capable of running this CPU over 4ghz? I could barely hit 4.1 on stock voltage. Is it because of the VRMs not having heatsinks?

I tried upping vcore to 1.4 and still crashing with an H100i on prime95. Should I simply upgrade to a 990fx board?
