Here is my new computer build thus far

Let me know what any of you folks think about my choices.
As it stands this is going to cost me just under $1,100 & the S&H isn't but a few dollars I can't find a better deal anywhere else & BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN LOOKING !!!!

I would never consider buying or using any Raidmax power supply. Their quality is questionable at best and the model you listed does not have an 80Plus rating. Do a web search using: raidmax power supply review and you will find many links that detail their poor quality.
This is the conclusion from HardOCP about a recent Raidmax review:

The Bottom Line

The Raidmax Cobra Power 500W, unfortunately, follows in the footsteps of the previous Raidmax RX-1000AE and even, perhaps, does worse. From start to finish, the only high point we could find with this unit today was the noise output, but even that gave us concerns as there is no good reason why it should be so quiet. Other than that, the Cobra Power 500W had poor voltage regulation, out of specification Transient Load Test results, mediocre DC output quality, poor component selection/build quality, and laughable efficiency. If the options were buy this unit or buy a hamster on a wheel to power your PC then you only have only one question. What do hamsters eat? In the grand scheme of things, there are good units, there are cheap units, and there are good cheap units. This power supply is none of those things and, at $58.92, this unit is 7 cents more expensive than the barely mediocre EVGA 500B while being a worse performing unit.

Check out eXtreme Power Supply Calculator, fill in the information about the hardware in your new system and it will provide the recommended power output for your power supply. If you plan on adding more hardware within several years, such as a second video card, you need to include the future hardware information when you provide the hardware details.

A power supply is the foundation of your system.
Don't buy a cheap power supply, buy the best one that you can afford.

Be careful, there are many inferior power supplies that are cheap and can cause system instability or damage your system if they don't have adequate safety circuits and excellent voltage regulation.

My first choice is a Seasonic psu.
XFX power supplies are also made by Seasonic and they are highly rated.
Many Antec and Corsair power supplies good to excellent.
Newer power supplies made by Super Flower are excellent.

Check out psu reviews from JonnyGuru, HardOCP, HardwareSecrets, PCPER, or TechPowerUP.
They all perform rigorous testing and at HardOCP: power supply reviews, they perform an overnight extended load test at elevated temperatures where it runs at 80% of it's rated power output.
I will only buy a power supply that receives a highly recommended rating from one or more of the above review sites.

Many/most of the psu reviews at other sites are a joke.

PSU Review Database - RealHardTechX has an excellent power supply database and they provide psu review links to many of the best power supply review sites for each model. They also include the OEM/ODM manufacturer for each model. Most power supplies are rebranded units that are manufactured by major psu manufacturers.

To avoid memory compatibility problems, your exact memory model should be listed in the motherboard's QVL list. If the G.Skill web page for your memory model says that it has been tested with your motherboard model, you should be OK.
