  • How is ASUS GTS 450 graphic card?

    Hi all i want to buy this graphic card ASUS GTS 450 2GB i have seen reviews and i think it is a good card for my budget yeah even 460 is also a good card but it is not in my budget so please suggest me if this is a good card or not im a gamer so im upgrading my card to this one.If you know any card with in my budget(170-200 usd) please suggest me.

    The ASUS GTS 450 DirectCU takes NVIDIA's GTS 450 and adds ASUS exclusive DirectCU cooling and Voltage Tweak to boost performance.

      Welcome to the forum.

      Some of the major review sites have updated buyers guides where they post their hardware recommendations every 3 months or so.

      These are older cards from 2010 and it will probably be worthwhile to check out newer video cards in the same price range.

      Make sure that your power supply has enough output to power your new video card.

        That's a old and crappy card you chose here to be honest. It was already entry-level card back then, but now it's just useless...

        The best option for you would be to buy used GTX660 or GTX760 on ebay. These are like from another planet compared to GTS450.

        gts450-->entry level of 4xx generation
        gtx580--> high end flagship of 5xx generation (single GPU)

        GTX660=GTX580
