what cpu voltage did you set? could try around 1.25v cpu voltage for 3.8ghz and 1.35-1.38v qpi/dram voltage

Think i have found some stability......

tried 3.8 and 1604 with [email protected] and [email protected] then 1.26 but kept getting BCCode 124 until i set cpu @ 1.27, did just over 1hr with prime and no errors (will test longer over night)

so my settings so far:

BCLK = 160
CPU RATIO = 24
DRAM = 1604
CPU VOLT = 1.27
QPI/DRAM = 1.37

CPU Temp idles @ 38-40
75-79 under load

Would like to set mem timings at 8 8 8 24, do you think this is possible ? current Ram voltage is 1.65 ....

should be able to run 8-8-8-24 without extra voltage, does cpu throttle down when idle?

i think you might need a better cooler if you were going for 4ghz +,im at my limit with my cooler and two fans attached,80c you want to stay below on the cores,something like a prolimatech megahalems cooler would be better or one of corsairs watercooled units,but if your happy at 3.8ghz then its fine,there wont be much difference anyway from 3.8-4.2ghz
