Asrock X99 Extreme11 Chipset Fan

Hello!

I have a Asrock X99 Extreme11 MB and I have some troubles with the Chipset Fan.

Sometimes when I power on my PC, the chipset fan spins once or twice and after that it stops.

If I rotate it a few degrees it will start spinning until I power off my PC again.

Can you tell me what to do ?

Can you tell what kind of fan is that, the dimensions, the product code and where to find a replacement one ?

I have an extra one if you can believe it ;). I'd rather keep it for backup because I have the board on water and I need it for warranty but I could part with the entire 3 part cooling apparatus if you made me a good offer :). pm me
