Asrock h61m/u3s3 - 7870 not working

Hey guys, I'm working on my GFs computer and i'm trying to put my old 7870 in it and it's just not working.
I have updated the bios to 2.40 (latest) and still nothing. It was running a GTX480 no problem, but wont run a 7870....any help?

You gotta be ****ing kidding me. The DVI cable and 1 of the PCIe cables werent connected fully... Thank you for your help. Sorry to waste your time
