Asrock IMB-181-L M-Sata issue - No boot/no post

Hi everyone, First time poster.

I purchased an IMB-181-L Motherboard (ASRock > IMB-181-L)

and for some odd reason i cannot get the MSata slot to work. There's no hard drives plugged in, nothing but msata and it will not post/boot. I cannot get to bios with it plugged in either.

If i remote the MSata SSD it boots fine, even from usb / hard drives. The orange port (Shared with MSATA) is what is i tested with a HDD and it booted fine.

Is there some sort of bios option i need to enable? I've tried updating to newest bios (1.80) along with reseting to UEFI defaults. I'm stumped, and one the main reasons i bought this mobo was to use MSAta for my host.

Update:
After powering on and being in bios, i can plug in the MSata SSD (Kingston 60GB) and then press CTRL+ALT+Del and i can boot into it and/or boot a usb drive and format the SSD.

Once it's powered down, it won't power back up.

Any thoughts? Options in bios I'm missing? Anything?
