Location of Reported Mobo Temps

I'm running Corsair Link 4.2.1.42 with my Asus Z170-Deluxe mobo and the software reports mobo temps at five (5) locations in addition to the CPU temp.
Does anyone know the actual physical locations on this mobo from which these temps are being reported?
I have asked this question of the support staff at Corsair and was told it's a question for Asus.
