ASRock Z97 OC Formula Cold POST failure with 64, 71, 79 ( Chipset initialization error ) code.

This issue still persists after getting a new motherboard and clearing the BIOS doesn't help. This issue only happens when all the DIMM sockets are populated with 8GB sticks...so if I take two of them out there are no issues and the memories have tested ok in other systems.....any ideas?
