  • Z97e ITX ac when downloading updates Win 10 is totally unresponsive

Anyone has this sff mobo? Just installed Win 10 on Crucial 240gb SSD with 8GB DDR3. When downloading updates and such... mouse can move around but unable to open any other applications or files or folders. What can I do? Is there anything missing in the BIOS that I need to disable or enable. I took out fast boot and a lot of other BIOs settings as it was causing system to be totally unresponsive. What is going on?? I have the new updates on Windows 10 and others.

After that Win10 install, did you immediately install the INF and IME "drivers" as you should have done?

Also, are you running the latest BIOS that supports whatever cpu it is that you're running?
#1 - Please, when seeking help, enter the make and model of ALL parts that your system is comprised of in your Signature, or at least the model #'s in your System Specs, then "Save' it.
____If you are overclocking, underclocking, or undervolting any parts, informing us of this and their values would prove beneficial in helping you.

#2 - Consider your PSU to be the foundation from which all else is built upon. Anything built upon a weak foundation is poorly built.
