2 Problems with Asrock Z170 Extreme4+

First Problem is with the RAM :

G.Skill RipJaws 4 DIMM Kit 16GB, DDR4-2800, CL16-16-16-36 (F4-2800C16D-16GRR) @1.2v




The Mainboard identifies the RAM correctly. I can also see the XMP2.0 Profile in the UEFI Bios.
But if i try to activate the Profile and reboot - the System will not Second Problem is with the PWRButton System Pins on the Mainboard :

As you can see in the Manual to the Mainbord :

And then Page 24 the Pin Description ..

Pin Row 1 : PLED+; PLED-; PWRBTN; GND; Empty
Pin Row 2 : HDLED+; HDLED-; GND; Reset; GND

So i try the following : (Set Pin is marked with "#")

Pin Row 1 : PLED+, PLED-; PWRBTN#; GND#; Empty = Result : Power Button doesnt work; it also doesnt work if i change the header position against each other

Pin Row 1 : PLED+, PLED-; PWRBTN#; GND; Empty
Pin Row 2 : HDLED+; HDLED-; GND#; Reset; GND
Result : Power Button doesnt work; it also doesnt work if i change the header position against each other

For Example the Reset Button activates the System ... :\
Reset Button Pin usage looks like the following :

Pin Row 1 : PLED+, PLED-; PWRBTN; GND; Empty
Pin Row 2 : HDLED+; HDLED-; GND; Reset#; GND# Result : Works like a Power Button

Is there a Problem with the Manual or with the Board ??
