Asrock Z97 OC Formula Slow Mode problem

Hello,

I have a problem with the slow mode of my Z97 OCF.

With Air cooling and most BIOS settings at initial value the slow mode work prefectly.
But under ln2 with a lot of modify settings, switching to slow mode has no effect.

I don't identify where does it come.
Any Idea ?

A friend gave me the solution.

If you disable the "CPU Thermal Throttling" BTW the slow mode is disable.
