z97 Extreme3 turn on using keyboard bug?

Hi.
I'll keep it simple and straight.
I setup MB so i can turn my pc on using USB keyboard. When i turn off PC and then try to turn it on about 3 hours later it works perfectly. But when it's more than 3 hours it will not boot using keyboard. I have to open the case and manualy turn it on with the regular power button. Why is this happening? I want to be able to turn it on always with my keyboard.

I'm using windows 7, turning off normaly(not hibernation etc.)

Update: When i set to turn on with mouse it's working every time, even after 3 hours. So there is some problem with keyboard detection after some time :/

What keyboard are you using, and which USB port are you using?

Tried both on USB2 and on USB3 - same thing happens.
I use Natec Starfish but does it really matters?
On mouse everything works fine.
