H97 Pro4 USB3 Harddrive not found / Win 8.1

I got a driver Problem with my Usb3.0 drives on Windows 8.1. Sometimes the Usb 3.0 is found but then i cannot open it (keeps loading explorer forever) . I can only open up Usb 2.0 devices.

Since i need access to the Usb 3.0 drive i tried installing Linux and it works fine.

Please help me to fix this problem :)

Intel does not provide USB 3.0 drivers for Windows 8, they are built into Windows 8. You won't find a USB 3.0 driver for Windows 8 on your board's download page.

If you did not install the INF driver ver:10.0.13, and the Intel Management Engine driver ver:10.0.0.1204, you may have issues with features that are provided by the board's H97 chipset.
