Anyone know (if possible) how to enable AHCI on my mobo ?

Sorry, it is not possible to use AHCI mode on your board. The SATA chipset it uses, the ICH7, does not support using an AHCI driver. As you know, their is no AHCI option in the Storage Configuration screen in the BIOS. Also, the Intel AHCI driver is not listed in the download list.

Why a board released in 2011 would use a chipset (ICH7) that was released in 2005, and then not use the version that does support AHCI is curious, must be a very budget priced board, sorry to say.
