H81 Pro BTC Won't Turn On, 4 Beep error

As Title...
user manual sux so I can't find what 4 beeps means

The CPU fan is running, but the keyboard looks dead (leds aren't working) no video signal.

The motherboard have a ATX 12V Power with 8 pin, but my ATX Power have just 4 pin connector.. could 'cause of this ?

Four beeps can be a memory error, what memory are you using?

A four pin cable for CPU power in the eight pin connector is fine as long as you are not over clocking the CPU.

Here I've also tried with a G.Skill but the result was the same.
