updated my bios and now my pc won't boot at all it turn on but I get the dr debug error code 97 and I've tried changing my pc ie slots on my vga card

Wow, I'm lost in all that detail about your PC... Your OS is what? Do you use anything but default BIOS settings?

So you updated to what BIOS version, to 2.50 or 2.60?

BIOS 2.50 adds Secure Boot support, if you have that set to Enabled, set it to Disabled. If you did not set it yourself, check it anyway. Yes, that can cause a video card to not work, believe it or not.

imrunning windows 7 and AMD fx 6350 with corsair H60 with a 600 watt thermaltake psu and 8 gb of gskill ares and i cannot get into my bios and yes it is all default bios and i beleive i tried to up date to 2.60
