Sometimes when after waking up by pressing any button the wifi works but 50% of the time it shows connection problems. But if I restart PC it works fine. What can I do? New Install of Windows 7 with SP1 64bit i7 4790k. It is very inconvenient. I also enabled FastBoot

    Try this:

    a) Press Windows key, type Device manager. Hit enter.
    b) Open Network Adapters, right click your wifi adapter.
    c) Click on Properties, and select Power management tab.
    d) Uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.
    e) Restart your PC

Let me know if it fixes it.
Leaving your wifi adapter on isn't a bad thing, they only consume a couple watts of power. If you aren't ok with this, try to find some individual drivers specifically for the wifi card on your board. After downloading them, go into device manager, right click your adapter, click uninstall. Then install the drivers. That might fix it without having to leave it on all the time.
