Nope, as long as you are using a standard desktop Haswell processor, some of the Haswell Xeon's do not have graphics.

To be accurate, all Z97 mother boards do not provide graphics, that is provided by the CPU itself. Z97 boards support the on-CPU graphics with video output connectors on the IO panel, which can vary from board to board. The board you asked about has three video outputs.
