asrock g41m-vs3 r2 is not possible to install windows 8.1

Hi all, I have a new mobo g41m-vs3 r2 wity the latest bios from the asrock website. I tried to install windows 8.1 but it seems not to be possible complete the installation. I put the dvd on dvd reader than I start the comuter and after a while i got on the screen the logo of windows 8 but after 1 minute or so the pc reboot. I tried with many memories modules but the result was the same.

Anyone knows if this mobo is not compatible with windows 8.1 or 8.0 ?
