Asrock 970 Extreme 4 bad bios update not booting

Hey Guys

So I was updating the bios using asrocks windows updater.
And Imguessing my PC crashed while it was running I left it alone for an hour but nothing.

Im 99% sure its a bad update so now my pc wont display anything.
Everything boots up ok but its not posting a picture.

Im wondering is there a recovery mode on this mobo I know most new boards have it.

Tried to clear cmos but nothing.

Any help is welcome I have messaged asrock incase it needs to be sent back but I really prefer not to as im a pcholic

idk any recovery method for asrock bios,there might be one though

I know that the bios chips do pull out and can be replaced with a pre flashed one with latest bios,could try emailing asrock and asking them for spare bios chip?
