I'm sure there won't be an official Linux support list, but I'd be surprised if you had any issues with a Linux version as recent as RHEL6 (although as far as Linux versions go that is fairly old). I would just use the latest possible version you can and I wouldn't expect any hardware incompatibilities.
I have a z87 Fatality Pro with Intel Haswell 4770 chip. I tried CentOS (basically the same as RedHat) but I had problem with Haswell video. But if you have a discrete card, it should work fine. After that, I switched to Fedora 20 (has a newer kernel with better support for Haswell video) and everything is working perfectly.
