How much watts does the 3/4 pin fan connector can handle in asrock fatal1ty Z87 killer?

I am planning to plug in a NZXT FN 200 which needs 8.4 watts.

or can it handle 16.8 watts with 2 x 200mm fans in one 3 pin connector

All of the fan headers are rated at 12 Watts maximum, so don't use two of those fans on one header.
