BIOS 3.10 has been pulled from the available downloads. Reasons unknown to me.
As of today's date, Mar 7 2014, BIOS 2.90 is the latest available.

#2 - Consider your PSU to be the foundation from which all else is built upon. Anything built upon a weak foundation is poorly built. -
