P67 Extreme4 Realtek Nic driver causes BSoD

Hi all,

Tried 5 different drivers with the same result: rt64win7.sys causes a bluescreen. This only happens if i play games, not all games Diablo 3 for exaple runs perfect for hours but when i try to play Arma 2 I'll get a bluescreen within 5 minutes.

System:

Win7
i7
Asrock p67 Extreme4
GTX 570

I've changed my GTX 570 with an old GTS8800 and get the same result. Also checked my memory a multiple times.

What BIOS version are you using, and your CPU is an i7... what?
