Hey,
i recently bought the XFX R9 280x and tried to install it. Sadly, it just doesn't work. If the graphic card is connected, my computer just starts but doesn't boot. All fans are running and lights are glowing but the bios or OS just won't start.
If my graphic card is connected with my PSU it won't work on onboard graphics neither, which actually shows that bios nor OS are booting.
I have already updated my BIOS to 1.90 but it didn't work out. There are no entries of "improving VGA compatibility" in the changelog btw.
I'm quite sure that it's because of the BIOS, because I have read in other forums, where people have updated their Asrock Bios with success. The problem is, that they have other Models of the MB.
