Is the ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX compatible with an FX 8320?

Hello everyone!

Is the ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX compatible with an FX 8320?
It is compatible with the FX 8300 as listed on their site: ASRock > 960GM/U3S3 FX
But it does not list the FX 8320 as being compatible.
