n68c-s ucc audio driver not compatible with windows 8

i have problem with my audio drivers in windows 8. I download latest drivers but not support windows 8 how can I fix it .plz help this slow down my pc
asrock n68c-s ucc
amd Athlon x2 250 processor 3.0ghz
ram 3gb ddr3
NVidia 9500 gt
hdd 2x160 gb sata
bios versin p1.60

I can promise the below drivers won't speed up your pc. Not promise. Guarantee!

It looks like the Via VT1705 Audio chip on your MB has Win8 drivers available from/using the above manufacturers driver link.

#1 - Please, when seeking help, enter the make and model of ALL parts that your system is comprised of in your Signature, or at least the model #'s in your System Specs, then "Save' it.
