Asrock Conroe 1333-D667 R3 can't support core2duo E6750

Need help!!! i can't upgrade CPU to E6750 with mainboard Conroe 1333-D667?. CPU On,Fan On but No Beep and Black Screen.
Already Bought CPU But i can't use.

I would update your BIOS to at least 1.80, as this has a memory update. Then reset BIOS, and make sure CPU is correctly installed and fan is on the correct pin( next to 12v 4 pin), and ATX power plug (ATXPWR1) and ATX 12v (ATX12V1) 4 pin is correctly installed.

This board supports the CPU, so should work.

How Can I update the Bios? Also while I can not enter Bios.

Put the old CPU in and update the BIOS.

can not also already updated to 1.80 to 1.90 even also can not

Did you clear the BIOS, remove the board's battery too, then try again.

all I've done. but that would still not be able to live a normal life.
I replace it with lower CPU which is dual core E2180 still not able too. may only P4 531 only.
