E350M1/USB3 Wake on Power option?

Does the ASRock E350M1/USB3 have a wake on power option, so if the power goes out, it will automatically restart whne the unit regains power?. I dont think i saw it in the bios ...

On my board/BIOS (different from yours), that setting is listed under 'South Bridge Configuration' -> Restore on AC/Power Loss.
