Asrock Xtreme 11 and intel Raid Controller?

I am Having problems with mouse cursor when into the Intel Raid Bios. I am able to access by pressing contrl+G but when it gets there no mouse or keyboard works. I had to install windows on a driver attached to the board then create a raid with intel Web2Bios and reinstall the OS.
Has anyone here with the same problem? any ideas would be appreciated.

My intel Raid Controller = RT3WB080

You listed all your PC parts, and did not include the type of mouse or keyboard you are using.

5 keyboards, 6 deferent mouses none works when in the intel Bios Raid. they all work in the OS and the Asrock bios.
Don;t know why the pic is upside-down I have used the same pic on other forum and is correct on my computer.
