  • Require Help For Asrock Z77 Fatal1ty Pro.

    Hello Friends,
I have purchased Asrock Z77 Fatal1ty Pro Mobo before some time. Just amazing board in performance. 100 % satisfy with money and performance. Great work By Asrock Team. I want to still better from this board by selecting great compatible gears. Please suggest me ..
    1. Compatible RAM Module for best performance
    2. Compatible Graphic Card for best performance

Right now The PC Config is..
    Intel i7 3770K
    Asrock Z77 Fatal1ty Pro
Corsair Vangeance 2 x 4 GB 1600 MHz (I want to go for 16 GB higher MHz)
Zotac 2 GB 560GTX (I want to go for PCI 3 gen card)
Cooler MAster M2 Pro 850W SMPS
    Cm 690 Nvidia Edition chasis
256 GB Sata III OCZ Vertex SSD for Boot Drive
1 TB WD Sata 3 HDD

I have checked compatible RAM list at webpage of Asrock. But Will 2800/2666/2400/2333/2300/2250/2200/2133/2000/1866 MHz RAM supported by Intel 3770K ? What is the role of CPU with higher speed of RAM?
I do not find any site which mention the compatible graphic cards for said board.

    Welcome to the forum.

Are you looking for a video card that offers better pc gaming performance?
How much are you willing to spend (in US dollars) for a new video card?
Are you looking for a single, higher end video card with more performance than a GTX 560 SLI setup?
Do you have a preference for Nvidia cards? Radeon cards?

    Check out http://forums.tweaktown.com/video-ca...ce-review.html
There have been a lot of threads in the ASRock forum where the motherboard had problems recognizing a gen 3.0 video card in the gen 3.0 pcie slot but didn't have problems running the same card in a gen 2.0 pcie slot. As I recall, Sapphire video cards seemed to have the most problems. Sometimes a replacement video card solved the problem, sometimes ASRock tech support needed to provide a newer beta bios to solve the problem.

Your best real world performance will be with memory speeds in the 1600 - 1866MHz range.
Higher memory speeds are good for benchmarking bragging rights but little else.
    See http://forums.tweaktown.com/memory/4...dy-bridge.html for more information.
Samsung 30nm memory has been excellent and trouble free with many systems. It is low voltage 1600MHz memory that often overclocks up to 2400MHz with standard 1.60 voltage settings. I don't know if 16GB of the Samsung memory will easily overclock this high.
There might be a few very intensive applications (encoding, photo manipulation, Digital Audio Workstation, etc.) that might have a bit more real world performance with 2000MHz or higher memory speeds. How fast are you willing to spend?
