Your opinion on ASROCK G41C-GS? (overclocking & general)

I am owner of an ASROCK G41C-GS motherboard, which is my first ASROCK product. Does anyone else has some general opinion on the board and maybe experience with overclocking on it?

Also, are "combo" motherboards(those that have DDR2 and DDR3 slots) generally poorer than just regular DDR3 ones?

One other thing that I wonder, how does VIA onboard sound compares to REALTEK?
