Is the asrock H71M-DGS compatible with Xeon E3-1220L V2?

I got a home server and i need a new mobo and processor.now i am using an i3 -2120,and it overheat in 3 days.the mobo i am using is very cheap,and it support nothing but core i3.i5.i7 and pentium and celeron.the processor i am thinking about the xeon e3-1220L v2(NoT e3-1220) as it only consume 17w max.but the processor support list dont have.i just wondering if it works.as long as it works i will get the asrock h71M-DGS.alternatively i can also get an asrock h77m,but it also dont have the 1220L V2.any help welcome

Where are you located to have so few choices, or or they just limited to your preferences?
