The MV-3V4G3D/US Samsung 30nm RAM is extremely popular with the enthusiast community.
Unfortunately everyone I have spoke to have found that setting this ram at 2133 or above in the bios (every version + beta) of a Z77e-ITX results in a fail to post.
I have two sets of each so I can confirm that this is not a batch problem, both system also use 3570k's.
I have also confirmed that I can easily get 2400+ stable on many other boards using this ram.
I have currently settled for 1866 8-9-9-24 1.525v, but for someones who is using the HD 4000 it is quite a loss in possible performance.
I do hope that a fix comes out for this soon.
Also no response from asrock tech support...
