you might be fine,windows will just install the needed drivers for the new chipset,it doesnt work in all cases but the short leap from p67 to z68 might be ok
you dont need to reinstall windows just swap the hdd over to the new mb and let windows sort it out,if it doesnt work you can try windows disc and start up repairGigabyte z77x UP4-TH F11c Modded Bios

A Windows installation usually links itself to the mother board used when it is installed, for anit-piracy purposes. If you move the HDD with Windows to a new board, it will likely see that as a new installation, or trying to use that copy of Windows twice. You will probably need to reactivate Windows, or at worst reinstall it because of the new board.
