Question about the 960GM/U3S3 FX

I am looking for an affordable motherboard for a super budget build. I am interested in the 960GM/U3S3 FX but I have not been able to find out if it supports core unlocking. I have looked and so far have not found any definitive information. If anyone here has any information about this, it would be appreciated. :)
