I am installing this mb and with everything hooked up when powered up fans spin but no bios I have benched tested with nothing but cpu and the psu no beeps no bios I have cleared cmos and even checked seating on the amd phenom x4 9850 processor still no beeps no bios...i have seen that many have had this problem with no fix....can anyone advise further? Btw using a lic 400w psu.
