  • G965M-S Motherboard doesn't recognize my RAM

Got an issue with my motherboard. I just installed it and found two matching 2 GB RAM sticks from Kingston (they are on the list of supported models) and installed them in my mobo. However, when I go to check how much RAM I have it only shows 2GB when I look at the System setup of Windows, and I confirmed in the BIOS menu that the board is also only recognizing 2GB. I have a PNY GeForce 7300 video card installed but it says max memory usage is 256mb. I've tried a few different settings changes in the BIOS but nothing's working. Any ideas from people smarter than me?

ASROCK G965M-S mobo BIOS vers. 1.20 (up to date), 2.8 GHz Pentium 4 CPU (pulled from a Dell Dimension e310)
