Z77 Extreme4 -- BSOD when plugging into USB 3.0 port

Built my current rig about 2-1/2 weeks ago. Everything was going great up until I plugged my Razer keyboard's utility USB plug into one of the USB 3.0 ports on the back and got a BSOD. Everything else is still stable, but that port's been dead ever since. No more BSOD, but anything I plug into it gets no juice at all.

Any thoughts?
