No clues on fixing firewire stuff.

Is the error in windows? did you load the latest drivers?

Have you flashed the latest BIOS for your motherboard?

If you don't use firewire, I'd just disable it in the BIOS.

is you google the message you should get tons of hits. it seems to be an ASRock problem only as far as I can tell.
