N68C-S motherboard compatability with AMD Phenom II x6 1045T

First post.
I have a N68c-S non-ucc board
ASRock > Products > N68C-S fitted with a AMD Phenom II x3 445
I would like to upgrade the processor to a AMD Phenom II x6 1045T but the compatability list
ASRock > Products > N68C-S > CPU Support List only shows the 1035T and the 1055T
The 1045T is a 95W CPU and it seems to fit between the other two, will it work with my standard N68C-S motherboard?
