Dr.Debug Code 14

Can someone please help with this problem?
PC was working fine and now all of a sudden I keep getting code 14 (pre-memeory cpu int)on my M.B. and have to restart numerous times to get to work.

8 gb Gskill Ripsaw (set to 1.55 volts as per ASrock tech)
ATI 6850 v card

Have you tried setting your GSkill using the XMP profile in the UEFI as opposed to manual settings?
