Extreme9 Front panel USB 3.0 not working

I can't seem to get the FP USB 3.0 to work. The 4-3.0 ports on the backplate are working fine.

Nothing in device manager is showing up improperly BUT there are only 2 TI Root Hubs and 2 TI XHCI controllers showing. Seems like there should be 2 more each of those ( 8 USB 3.0 Ports total/ 2 ports per controller ) Tried using the external 3.5" drive bay ports that came with it and the 3.0 harness on my TT level 10 GT neither work.

Running out of ideas , sent tech support a email but still waiting for a reply. Tried enabling disabling legacy support in the BIOS also.

Called tech support was told to RMA the board. Looks like the ports are dead. Wish I would have checked every port after I built it because now it's too late to send back to Newegg so I have to RMA it to Asrock. Lesson learned.
