I have this MB , still on the box , never used before and it comes with the original bios but my CPU is an i7 2700K and Asrock indicates this CPU need the bios P1.30. Can I update to this bios with the i7 2700K ? Will the MB accept this cpu and permit me update??

It may or may not work, all you can do is try and find out. If it does not work you'll need an older CPU such as 2100-2600K
If it works, flash the BIOS to newer version as soon as you can! -
