    NEW BUILD Asrock Z68 Pro3 Gen3 WON'T BOOT

    Heya



    New build won't boot at all
    Asrock Z68 Pro3 Gen3 / Intel i5-2500k / 8gb ram / m4 ssd

    The PSU works and I've swapped the ram around.

    If I connect the 8pin and 24pin PSU plugs to the mobo nothing

    If I just connect just the 24pin Plug to the mobo the case power light flashes on, CPU fan starts for a second. stops then keeps restarting.


    Advice please

    *solved* wasn't properly grounded. extra nut on the mobo tray was to blame

      glad you got it going,i was gonna say if mb lights were lighting up your nearly there,if no lights were lighting up then it would be a dead mb more than likely

        I got the same problem with the same MB. Asrock have replaced the card for a new one. ( Still on the box now and for sale)
