ASROCK Z68 Extreme 4 gen 3 USB 3.0 problem

Hi everyone!

Just built a new system for a mate with the above MB.
I have tried every option in bios to support usb 3.0 legacy and there is still nothing?
Tried connecting various usb 2.0 devices and have no connectivity?

Any help appreciated!

I have now found my Galaxy S can charge from the 3.0 but it still does not recognise my keyboard or mouse.
I have 5 mice and 4 keyboards, none are connect-able. :(
