PCI Card not recognised

I have bought an unbranded PCI Tv Card off ebay.
I turned off my pc inserted the card into PCI slot 1 and then switched pc back on. I exprected the pc to recognise a card was installed and then install whatever drivers/software it required but nothing happened.
I have checked in device managter and nothing is showing, not even an unrecognised one.
I have also tried slot 2 but no luck
The card is not being recognised as being insertted.

Any ideas why this is happening?

I have a Alive NF7G HD Ready board
3GM ram
Windows 7
500GB hard drive (Sata)
Bios Version: P1.10

You got TROLLED? Return the card...NEVER BUY FROM EBAY!!! I bought my HD 6870 GPU from Ebay and it wasn't even working and the guy was all PISSED OFF that I filed for a return and LIED that it was working fine for him. If you want a quality item buy from stores, don't ever buy from ebay....cause you will never be able to RMA it. Buying from stores guarantee that you can always return it for a new one.
