How to overclock correctly Athnon X3 445 rev. C3 on 890FX Deluxe3 ? Please help !

Hi. I am new to overclocking so I am not sure how to overclock my Athlon X3 445 on AsRock 890FX Deluxe3 motherboard.

Can someone, please, help me to understand what I must archive to overclock my processor to 4 GHz, stable 4 GHz ? Thank you.

I have Patriot 4x4 GB DDR3 1600 MHz RAM, this one Patriot Memory but with heatshield.

No one can be told about OC without basic knowledge and experience.
Everything he need is out there. He is lazy - thats it. My attitude for such a people will never change, capiche?
