Asrock Fatal1ty Z68 gen 3 and lucidlogix virtu 1.2.112 not working

I have tried everything and everytime i try and use the new virtu 1.2.112 it crashes. I am just wondering if any one else is having this problem with this motherboard. I am on win7 64 bit. Ati 6870 with catalyst 12.1 and newest intel hd drivers 15.10.2509. Cpu is i7 2700k. thanks.
